Blanca serves as the Chief of Staff for the Partnership for College Completion (PCC). Her responsibilities include leadership of the communications and development functions in the organization, strategic counsel to the Executive Director, and building systems and structures connected to people and culture, 组织的影响, 还有更多.
Prior to joining PCC, Blanca served as Morton College’s Vice President of Institutional Advancement. 她的创新, 创造力, and relationship-building skills, she contributed significantly to expand investments in facilities, 项目, and services in better serving the college community. Blanca obtained a Bachelor’s degree from American Continental University and Master’s degree from the National Louis University. She is currently enrolled in the National Louis University Higher Education Leadership Doctoral Program.
